§ 1 General
We, as mideacon GmbH, are committed to protecting the personal information provided to us and recognise the importance of being clear about what we collect and how and why we use and retain it. Your personal information (e.g. title, name, address, email, telephone number, bank details, credit card numbers) are used in line with the regulations of the German privacy law. Below are regulations that shall inform you about kind, range and purpose of the collection, processing and use of your personal information. This privacy policy applies only to our website. Our websites contain links to a number of other websites which we believe may be of interest to our visitors. We aim to ensure that such websites are of the highest standard. However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites and we cannot guarantee the privacy standards of websites to which we link or be responsible for their contents.

After complete contract implementation, your data is blocked for all further purposes and deleted on expiry of tax- and commercial law requirements provided that further use is explicitly with your consent.
